Here at curAtiv, we want you to be wowed by your purchases, and that’s why if you’re not satisfied with the quality of our products you can send them back to us in it’s original box

Each piece is checked and re-checked for quality by one of us. Like we said, we want you to be amazed, so if there is any defects, please feel free to get in touch with us. Please note that we can and only accept damaged goods within 7 working days

Please take a picture of the damaged goods and email a short description to returns@curativ.co.za and we will collect the product from you at no charge.

We cannot however exchange earrings for hygiene reasons.
